The Season of advent

I was in church yesterday and found this sermon rather interesting...

In case all you people didnt know, this season is actually the season of advent. Advent in greek actually means the coming, in christian prospects the second coming of christ. This season when everyone is enjoying themselves we should also remember that as christ has came, christ will come again. I shall leave u all with bible quotes... courtesy of biblegateway.com

22Then he said to his disciples, "The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it. 23Men will tell you, 'There he is!' or 'Here he is!' Do not go running off after them. 24For the Son of Man in his day^[c] will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other. 25But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

26"Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. 27People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

28"It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.

30"It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. 31On that day no one who is on the roof of his house, with his goods inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. 32Remember Lot's wife! 33Whoever tries to keep his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it. 34I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left. 35Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left."

lol... finally after a long time im posting.. amazing right? ok... hmm... im not retained... lalala... went to make my ic:D 3 more weeks... deathnote is such a nice show... first class hike was a total waste of time when one of the candidates fell sick and all went home:( no more first class... lol... hmm wad else... pool is such a fun game... this is really really late but oh wells...
static display was on friday... see i told u it was late... sad thing was... we didnt win :( we only got gold... oh wells... we didnt use recycled materials... because of that...not even a third place...ahh... im so dissapointed... wasted all my time and effort and not even a third... never minds... a gold is good enough thank god for good weather on the day... i shall not be dissapointed and look forward in life... sighs... oh wells...

having this CIP today was really just another waste of time giving free cip hours... we got 2hours of CIP for collecting rubbish from the rubbish bin... how interesting... lol... it was really fun... 2 people collected one bag full within 5min... then we were all slacking in the cyberac... yup... after that there was static display meeting... Ah!!! its only 1 more week... no...... lalala...

hmm... this post is abit late but oh wells... what the heck...

yup... B.O.B was on friday... it was totally a waste of S$10... the bands all sucked like a lollipop... the only nice ones were er... ACS(International) and ACS(Barker)... it was quite sad international got 4th... they deserved a third at least... there were 2 songs per school which means that there were 10 songs in total... thats like paying S$10 for 10 songs=S$1 for 1 song... so not worth it... hmm... jasper, cliffy, dwayne, vince and nat were sessioning after the B.O.B and during the interval... a bit the crazy... joined thm until 10.20... wondered how long they stayed back till... oh wells... alls well end well...

lol... ok... lets talk about how i got my blog... my friend was pestering me to create a blog for a long time... so i decided to check if my html skills were still so-so... lol... it turned out that mine sucked... in the end i had to rip the code of from www.blogskins.com. spent like 5hr working on my own template... than i gave up... ripped the skin from there... lol... damned stupid... to think i could create my own blog with solely my work... looks like i was wrong... the counter was super dumb... another ripped off code... from http://www.free-counters.co.uk/... i cant imagine my html was that bad... lol... noob... yup.... sad...
ok... no lets go on to my life...
my sis put on braces yesterday... i was making fun of her pronounciation until she got really pissed... lol... my sis also realised she passed grade7... she was boasting around... stupid sis... i only got a grade 5 certificate!!! sad... ok... thats about it... plz link me guys! so long!!! maybe i will be doing once a week posting when school reopens... i dunno... for now= bye!!!
